Come to discover our beautiful area and its sumptuous landscapes, the reception of the vine growers, his gastronomy of quality, and its local inheritance (Vézelay the eternal hill, castles rebirth of Ancy the Frank, Tanlay, Maulnes...; Vineyards of Chablis, Irancy, Tonnerre Auxerre, Natural reserve of Morvan...)
Privative closed ground of 1200 m2 . Your intimacy is guaranteed by large walls on front side (street), and with the back you have only the countryside for opposite!

At the ground floor, entry dining room,living room of 35 m2 and separate double room (orientation is with theraising sun). Cook equipped, bathroom with great bath and double basins. With access by outside, lean-to building, arrangements and technical room. Sunny Terrace covered on the backside with living room of garden. On the floor, a large mansard-roofed family room two spaces separated by screens : one with a double bed, the other with two beds 1 person and possibility of baby cot). |
